Last day of...

... Bakerzin promotion! Mummy and Valarie jie-jie made Da-yi send us to Tampines 1 to buy a whole Cookies & Cream cheesecake, cos the promo is ending on 31 Jul. Instead of a half slice the other day, they had a whole slice! We love it!!! Erm.. erm..

National Day songs

Alicia & Brandon have been learning National Day songs in school recently. They'll be having a performance cum party. Too bad parents are not invited cos of the H1N1 bug. Check out their singing...

Good at words?

Alicia seems to be very good at words, or rather imaginative, now. Check out these conversations:

Conversation 1 -

They've been 'torturing' Daddy, making him carry them on his neck recently. Jus when alicia sat on Daddy's neck, Xiao-gu carried Caden, making him sit on Alicia's. She willingly let him do so. Someone suggested that Brandon sit on hers, and den Caden sit on his. She quickly said, "No! No!!! Cannot!!! Brandon too heavy!!!"

Conversation 2 -

Mummy said I'll not be bringing Brandon out this weekend. Alicia said, "Brandon, u cannot sit inside Daddy's car. Den you sit on top lah! Then got bird shit... Haaaa... Then when Daddy stops the car, u will fall down. Den u die already lor!" Wah... faintz.

Conversation 3 -

Shermaine jie-jie was commenting that she doesn't have a swimming costume which fits her now. Alicia said, "Den u jus wear your panty lah... no need swimming costume. Jus like my Daddy." Wahaha!!! When we said she can do the same too, she jus refuses!

Passport Photo

Brought Caden to TM to take his passport photo. Didn't smile, but tot it looks ok. 99 brought lots of $1 gold coin, thinking of letting him sit the kiddy rides. Who knows... this lousy boy got scared after sitting on the 1st ride, without putting in coin! The bus suddenly "por-por" (horn) when he was posing for a photo. He refused all rides after that! Wahaha!!!

See - the only photo posed on the kiddy ride. When we ate the Mac cone, he kept licking it. Hmm.. tot he hates cold stuff?

Ooo.. we love cheesecakes, more so when it's Oreo! Mummy bot them from Bakerzin cos of the 50% promo. Jus look at how much they enjoy it!

Counting 123

Haven't been successful in recording Caden count 1 to 10. Finally did it today, the Mandarin version. He jus refuses to count in English. In fact, he can even say 11 to 14.

Good workout

Caden had a good workout this morning... played at our outdoor playground till sweat so much! And, he refused to get back in...

This boy can speak better. He used to say 'ter.. ter...' when he wanted water. Now, he can say 'water'. All thanks to jie-jie. Another word he learnt 'Don't touch'. Mus hv picked up from us. : )

Can see his wet hair? Like jus showered rite? Gave him a good wash and he posed in the wrapped towel.

Little Mermaid

When I went to pick Alicia from her art class, she was still not ready! Teacher said he din chase her today, jus let her be. So, most of the time, she was jus looking around at others' drawings. So, messaged Daddy again to tell him we need more time lor. In the end, Daddy came up to look at her paint. Smarter now. This is her artwork today - from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

Durians... Slurp

Daddy & Mummy sent Alicia & Brandon to school this morning, cos we had a facial appointment at Aramsa Spa. Loves this place cos we can relax at the lounge after our facial & massage - the lemongrass drink & biscuits are very yummy.

Picked kids up for lunch at Borchsh @ Serangoon Gardens before heading home for their shower. Den we went to 99's place before heading for 717 again! 99 had been craving for durians so Daddy suggested bringing her there. Aiyo!!! The kids were so noisy when we were in Da-yi's car. Daddy mus have enjoyed a peaceful ride alone. Alicia & Brandon recognised the place when we reached. They kept saying 'durian...' when we were alighting from the car. D24 & Butter.. slurp. Enough for the year.

They played so much this afternoon and missed their nap. So, zzz now...

The Emperor's New Clothes

One of the books I borrowed this round was 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. When I read for them this evening, they couldn't help but laughed out loudly when we reached the last page. Look at them pointing to the Emperor's butt!!! Yikes... shame shame... :p

Indulgence

Alicia and Brandon loves yoghurt, especially Meiji's mini. They've been indulging in it for the past 2 days... Caden? He doesn't really like cold stuff.
