English Speech & Drama Camp

Mummy signed Alicia & Brandon up for the English Speech & Drama 4-half-day camp organised by the CC. Today is the last day and we were invited to watch their performance - The Incredible Twins.
Mummy's only complaint - no snacks provided. I had to prepare some snacks for them daily for their tea break! Ok... as daddy described it - u get what u paid. $85 per kid, what do u expect?

Princess Alicia

After Alicia's art class, we brought the kids, including San-gu's to Parkway Parade to take a look at the Royal Moments experience. Was so excited when we saw kids dressing up to take photos. Quickly went for dinner, spent more than $80 and redeemed the make-over pass. Mummy queued with Alicia & Caden while the rest went shopping. The wait was about 30mins. They came back when it was Alicia's turn.

Brandon was excited and happy for Alicia initially. By the time we reached the costume sector, he said, "Mummy, they also have the prince costume. Can I wear also? I want to take photo." Argh.... all we tot about was Princess Alicia, Princess Alicia. Sorry, darling! Told Daddy and he said quickly go buy something & redeem another pass for him. Too bad... redemption was only till 8pm. So, we promised him we'll be back again another day for his turn. He was sulking all the way... :p Brandon, Mummy promise, ok?

Presenting, Princess Alicia!

We took a group photo - before we came out, we were wondering if we could handle 5 kids. Er-gu said whoever asks, they'll claim that the 5 are all Daddy's kids. Daddy called me a sow. So, we joked, Daddy has 3 wives and 5 kids. Hee...

Looney Tunes

After the fire station visit, we went to Tampines Mall for brunch @ Crystal Jade. Then, we caught the Looney Tunes show at 1pm.

Caden was tired - he sat nicely on Daddy...

Tampines Fire Station

As the kids are all having flu, Mummy decided to let them give the swim on Sat a miss. We went to visit Tampines Fire Station instead cos Alicia has been asking for it for some time. Daddy dragged himself out of bed at 9am cos he watched World Cup the nite before. He'd do anything for the kids...

Daddy said Caden has grown... he wanted to be first in everything - first to climb onto the fire engine, first to play with the water, first to climb up the pole, first to go up the gondola, etc... So daring now. Good or bad??
Getting all ready for the trip...

NAFA Arts Camp - The Produce

So, what did Alicia come back with from the NAFA arts camp? Here's few of the works done. There're a few pieces of collage or rather messy paintings done too. What I find wasted was the canvas that she was supposed to do on the 2nd day. Well, look forward to the next such program for her. She's looking forward to it too!

Busy Friday

Picked Alicia from her last day of the arts camp in the afternoon with Cousin Val. We went to Plaza Singapura and Mummy left them to be together for lunch @ Swensens. After meeting Uncle Koeman @ Orchard Atrium, Mummy went for the Nicklelodeon sale again!!! Sad to say, this year's stock isn't that great. Mummy only managed to grab a few good stuff. Then, picked Alicia up before going for a short walk to buy some stuff @ Ikea Tampines and Tampines Mall. By the time we reached home, it was almost dinner time. Mummy din have time to send Brandon to his music class. Thanks to Er-gu who sent him there.

Nice Buns

Sent Alicia for her arts class on Friday morning. Caden followed, but Brandon wanted to stay at home to watch his Power Rangers DVD. After we dropped her, Daddy brought us to Chin Bee Chin for breakfast. Yummy... the bun was great, but not the drinks tho.

She enjoys her arts camp!

Alicia was all ready to go for her arts camp this morning. It wasn't difficult to wake her up cos she's eager to attend the camp. Have fun, my girl!!

Picked Brandon back home from 99's place and they are all napping now. : ) And oh ya... forgot to mention - Cyndi & Cheryl are at our house since Mon afternoon cos San-gu has some complications from her earlier surgery. We wish her speedy recovery!

Down with fever

Sigh... Alicia woke up with fever on Wed morning and had to give her NAFA program a miss. Self-medicate, cos Dr Ong on leave till 15 Jun. Actually, even Caden is down with cold.

She didn't want to rest so Mummy made her learn her spelling (both Eng & Chin). Yah... she'll hv spelling from July onwards. I hope there'll be no headaches for me! Luckily, she was good at it and could do so after a few practice.

NAFA June Holiday Camp

Mummy signed Alicia up for a NAFA June Holiday program - Fun Collage Art Camp. It's a 4-half day program which costs $352.10.

Dropped Brandon at 99's place - he has been wanting to stay there and so, let him stay for 2 days. The, brought Alicia & Caden to City Square Mall for lunch in the afternoon. They jus love the kiddy rides!
