Cupcake Baking

Alicia saw a poster on Cupcake baking at the CC and requested Mummy to sign her up. As Brandon has to attend his Phonics replacement class, he can't join her. She came back with 6 cupcakes after a 2-hour session. They weren't enuf for distribution. After almost one-hour of enjoying her cupcakes, she became angry. She said, "Hmph... no one said thank you to me after eating my cupcakes..." Wahaaa... of course we quickly thanked her lah!! They were yummy, my girl!

Cycling at Pasir Ris Park

We brought the kids to Pasir Ris Park for cycling last weekend. The initial plan was for Er-gu to cycle Caden and Daddy to cycle Mummy on the twin bicycle. Yah yah... I can't cycle. However, the bicycle which could carry a kid was too high for Er-gu. Daddy had to cycle him instead. Mummy asked for a bicycle with training wheels for adult... but they din hv it. :( So, I ended up walking and running beside Brandon's bicycle!

Alicia cycled with Er-gu & Cousin Shermaine. She was very fast on her bicycle. Brandon, on the other hand, was very slow. He couldn't paddle well, mayb cos the rented bicycle was too old? About time to get him a bike of his own. Or, forget what I said. Someone's gonna comment that they have more than enuf stuff again... :p Brandon took his own sweet time with me beside him. When we rode past the playground, he stopped for a while and played there. Continued cycling again and stopped to play again when Alicia & Caden joined us.

Alicia said before bedtime, "My hands and legs are so tired!" She even requested Mummy to apply peppermint foot lotion for her!!

Jogging

Daddy brought the kids for jogging again last weekend. Brandon was very good - he jogged continuously for 2 rounds. Alicia jogged for a round and tripped. She stopped to rest but joined Daddy again for another round later. Caden jogged for 3/4 round and stopped to rest too. He also joined Daddy and jie-jie for another round of walking later. Good job, my kids!

Drawing Animals

Caden's Music Class

It's been a few months since Caden started his Toddler Tunes. He'll be attending pre-nursery class in the morning next year. Mummy is deciding if I should let him continue with the class at other time slots or to stop. Think think think...

USS with Cousin Val

As a form of our barter, we brought Cousin Val to Universal Studios on Saturday. The weather was perfect!! The kids sure had a great time with her & Darrell gor-gor, especially Alicia who kept sticking to him. Each time they wanted to pose for a photo, Alicia would run to them and become the 'lightbulb'. We played from 9.50am till 4.30pm. Left cos the kids were tired and Cousin Val continued exploring other attractions.

Not sure if Caden was tired or jus not in the mood for photos... he was comfortable sitting in the stroller most of the time.

We went to Festive Grand to redeeem our Voyage de la Vie tickets and saw these beautiful drawings by kids, in celebration of National Day, at The Forum.

Happy Birthday Er-gu

We celebrated Er-gu's birthday on Thursday. Mummy brought Caden to order the cake on Tues after his music class. When I asked what cake he wants, he chose Toy Story design. Then, when I asked him what I should write on the cake, he said, "Happy Birthday Tan Bee Bee lah!" Haa... that's the nickname he gave her. Mummy really requested the aunty to do that lor. I told Caden not to tell Er-gu that we ordered a cake for her but to give her a surprise on Thursday. The moment he reached home, he shouted, "SURPRISE!!!" Luckily Er-gu blur blur din ask much.

Er-gu with her nieces & nephews

Brandon & Caden were snatching to cut the cake. The cake turned out awful cos each of the kids wanted a different picture!

Who wants to be a fireman?

All of them... Brandon, Caden, Cyndi & Cheryl. Ya... the 2 cousins have been staying at our place since early August. Ah Ma is helping to look after them cos San-gu needs to undergo another op again. She's resting well at home now and will soon be able to "take back" her kids! It's no joke having 5 kids at home - ages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Ah Ma is all so tired out that her blood pressure keeps shooting up.

Hyper kids

We went to Marina Square to book for our Sep hols last weekend. Brought Cousin Cyndi along as Er-gu followed us. Aiyo... such a big difference between her and our kids. She seldom goes out and hence is very well behaved. My kids were jus so hyper-active!!! Daddy said we should keep them at home from now till our holiday so that they will behave themselves on our trip. Can meh???

Haircut

The whole family went for a haircut last Sunday. Reasons - other than it being a monthly affair, it's also cos Alicia & Brandon were to take their class photos on Friday. Ta-da... my 2 cheeky boys.

USS at Nite

Daddy wanted to bring the kids to Universal Studios to watch the fireworks after our trip there. So, we brought them there on Friday, the 13th! We had our dinner at China Bistro before making our way to get a seat for the fireworks!
At home, getting ready to go! Mummy loves the tee I bought for Caden from Comme @ Hokkaido. Smart!!

Making funny faces while waiting for their food.

Daddy was so amused by the centre pix. He said it looked like Alicia was smelling her armpit & Caden giving the chou chou expression...

Photos taken by the kids

99's Birthday

We celebrated 99's birthday at Wah Lok @ Carlton on the Sunday before her birthday. Went Takashimaya shopping after that. Only realised the daughters din take photos with our Mummy when I looked at these photos. Only the grandchildren took photos with her!
On the actual day, we also went over to wish her and had dinner at Swensens @ Tampines Mall. They made 99 bring them to Toys R Us and the arcade. In the end, 99 asked them, "Is it my birthday or your birthday??" Haaa...

Happy Birthday to my Mummy dearest, the kids' 99!!
