Saying NO to school

It's done... as in, Mummy has officially withdrawn Caden from playgroup. Sigh... this boy cried so badly till he nearly got acute bronchitis. He coughed the whole of Monday nite. Mummy felt so bad and slept beside him throughout. Even Alicia & Brandon woke up in the morning telling me Caden coughed and coughed so much.

On Tuesday morning, Daddy asked Caden if he wanted to go to school. His answer, was of course a NO! So, we sent Alicia & Brandon to school and Caden followed along. He seemed very happy when he din need to put on the uniform. However, he cried the moment we reached the school gate. Cling on tightly to Mummy and refused to let go. Even though Mummy told him he doesn't need to go to school anymore, he kept crying. Daddy sent us to SBCC after that.

I jus had a feeling that Dr Ong is on leave. Jus as I tot, he's away to a camp this week. So, Dr Ngiam, who was covering saw Caden. He was very funny. Told me to stock up the neb medication and neb Caden for 3 days if the same symptoms happen next time. No need to consult doc - waste time & $$. Only if he does not get better den I should go see Dr Ong. When the nurse saw the prescription, he asked if I was stocking up for a 'war'. Hee... but the damage was $360. Gosh!

We went to 99's place and Caden was very happy. When he climbed onto the dining table, Valarie jie-jie threatened to send him to school if he's naughty. This little boy was scared and quickly got off the table.

He tried on Valarie jie-jie's shoes...

This morning, again... when Daddy asked him if he wanted to go to school, he said No. Told him to stay at home while Mummy sent Alicia & Brandon to school, he said OK. But, he still followed lah... Again, at the school gate, he cried and cling on the Mummy. Daddy had to carry him and wait outside the school gate. Verdict - No to school for now. We'll wait for at least half a year more.
