Acute Bronchitis

Both Brandon & Caden were discharged from TMC last evening.

Brandon was coughing badly since Saturday evening so we got Dr Ong to meet us at TMC 24hr outpatient clinic on Sun. Oh oh, acute bronchitis (again... last time was in Sep 2007). So, he was admitted at 2.30pm.

On Monday morning, 99 called to say Caden din want to drink milk and coughed the whole nite. So, got her to send him down to Dr Ong's clinic. Sigh... Dr Ong said, "Y? I tot I wanted to separate gor-gor and you, but you caught it too!" He was admitted at 1.30pm.

Acute Bronchitis is characterised by cough and phlegm production and symptoms related to the obstruction of the airways by the imflamed airways and the phlegm, such as shortness of breath and wheezing.

Milestone for Brandon: Brandon told Mummy me that he wanted to put-put and he did so at the toilet bowl. "Yeah!!!", that was what Brandon said when the put-put came out... And, he did it consecutively on the 2 days in hospital.

Check this out - they had to do physiotherapy. The therapist said she's never seen any kids so guai, lying motionless for her to pat. It was even funnier to see them fall asleep!
