Pokemon Show

Daddy got the kids ready while Mummy was away to see Dr Leong for my cough & loss of voice. We headed to Tampines immediately after. Mummy shopped around to spend $$ before redeeming passes to the Pokemon photo-taking. That was when I realised, the camera was left charging at home!! Argh!!! Gotta make do with the iPhone camera.

The show was held at Tampines Mall's Open Plaza. It was so hot at 1pm. Luckily, they had some games to entertain the kids while waiting. There's also not many people watching.

After we left the Open Plaza, Brandon shouted for me. When I turned around, this was what I saw. I couldn't help laughing...

Marina Bay Sands

We booked 2 rooms at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) over the weekend. Er-gu paid for everything - thank you!!! Was excited initially, but ended up disappointed. The check-in was lousy! We couldn't get our rooms upon checkin at 3pm. Waited till 4.30pm before we got our rooms!

Walked around while waiting for our rooms. Gu-gong and Ghim-po also came along cos they wanted to see the SkyPark.

Finally in our room!

The kids couldn't wait. Quickly changed into their swimsuits and headed to the SkyPark. So crowded!!

After the swim, we drove to Suntec for dinner. The kids got to sit on the buggy from Tower 1 to 3 cos we valet parked our car at Tower 1.

Went for round 2 of swimming before we checked-out. Daddy was very proud of Brandon. He could now dip his whole head under water and swim. It may not be a great deal to many parents, but it is to us. Our kids have always been afraid of water, a reason why we let them learn swimming from young. When Daddy kept praising Brandon, Alicia couldn't take it. Hee... Not long after, she also did it and was praised by Daddy too.

Air Hockey

The kids received an early Christmas present from Aunty Astin. Out of 2, they opened 1 and played with it. It's an air hockey board game.

Barney car car

After Cousin Shermaine received her PSLE results on Thurs, we went to J8 for lunch. Had initially planned to go NEX but Er-gu, who popped by in the morning, said everywhere was in a mess. Only Isetan was open for business.

Caden requested to sit Barney car-car.. and they got it. : )

Going to the Library

While Brandon was still having his afternoon nap on Wed afternoon (he skipped his Phonics class), Daddy brought Alicia & Caden to Bishan Public Library. Alicia loves reading and is able to read well. Once there, she went around selecting books she wanted to borrow and dropped them into my bag. She even selected 2 books for Brandon. Caden, as usual, jus walked & ran around. When he saw his favourite Nursery Rhymes book, he insisted that I borrow it altho we had already done so before. O well, of course I did...

Brandon's sick

Daddy & Mummy returned from our Maldives trip on Tuesday, 23 Nov. Sigh... Brandon fell sick. He has been having cough, runny nose & diarrhoea since Monday. Administered medication on him but as his diarrhoea din improve, brought him to Dr Vella on Wed (Dr Ong was on leave).

On the way there, he said to me, "Mummy, I have difficulty breathing. I need nebuliser..." Indeed, he had to be nebbed.

He's recovered from the diarrhoea but is still having the flu. Alicia also started having a runny nose. Today, Caden started too. Sigh... Get well soon, my children.

Swim & Play

We brought the kids for a swim at the club upon their request on Hari Raya Haji, 17 Nov, Wed. Met Da-yi & Cousin Val for lunch after the swim before going to 99's house. While the kids were having their afternoon nap, Daddy brought Mummy to Tampines Mall for some last minute shopping for our 'honeymoon' trip the next day.

Haircut

Daddy & Mummy went to Uncle Simmon's salon on Sun, 14 Nov cos we were invited to Uncle Alvin's wedding dinner. The boys joined us and had their haircut too. So handsome leh!!!

Megamind

Daddy brought us to Citibank Mega Fiesta on 13 Nov, Sat. The kids played at the booth at *Scape before heading to Orchard Cineleisure to watch Megamind. It was great cos the kids could all sit thru the movie.

Pre-nursery Orientation

Mummy brought Caden for his pre-nursery orientation on Sat, 13 Nov while Daddy brought Alicia & Brandon for their swimming class.

He was happily playing at the playground after the orientation. Hopefully, he'll be all ready when school re-opens in Jan.

Bye Aunty Sri

Our maid for 4 years left and returned to Indonesia on Friday, 12 Nov. We brought the kids to send her off at the airport. Wah!!! It was a bad choice of date. T1 was so crowded cos many people were there to send off their family for Haj. Daddy had to make a detour to T3 to wait for us. So, we jus quickly bade her goodbye and took a skytrain to meet up with Daddy at T3.

Singapore Zoo

We brought the kids and Maid Sri to the Zoo last Thursday. The weather was perfect - it wasn't sunny at all!

We rented 2 wagons cos none wanted to walk or take the stroller.

All 3 were asking to feed the girrafes. However, only Brandon was daring enuf. Even Aunty Sri was afraid!

So happy when we reached Kidzworld after our lunch at Ah Meng's restaurant. I love this shot.

Caden took some time to warm up. But once he was ready, he was so happy playing with the water.

I felt a sudden burst of water behind me while I was taking photos. When I turned round, I saw Brandon shooting at me!!! Alicia joined in...
