1st time in more than 7 years, Mummy hit the gym last evening! Daddy wanted to exercise, so we arranged to go after his work. Since so long din exercise, Mummy only walked & jogged on the threadmill for 30+mins. Well... it's a start, at least.
While waiting for Daddy, Mummy brought Caden to the playground near 99's place. Also brought him to the nearby childcare centre to watch the kids play & sing during their PlayGym session. He was happily humming on our way home. Looks like he is ready for playgroup.
